The Medical Room Display holds a remarkable collection of hospital and dental equipment, along with medical aids used from the late 1800s to the mid-1900s. Among the items are surgical instruments, diagnostic tools and vintage dental chairs, as well as manually operated devices that reflect the skill and resourcefulness of early doctors, nurses and dentists.

The collection is a tribute to the dedication and resilience of early healthcare practitioners, and offers a sense of how far medical science has come.
