Originally located near Warwick, this building was carefully preserved and relocated to the Village to serve as a display of butchery tools and equipment from a bygone era.

On display are wooden butcher’s blocks, weighing scales and mincing machines, showing the labour-intensive methods butchers used to prepare and process meat for towns and settlements before refrigeration and modern processing.
